Instructions
Combine corn starch, agar-agar and some milk to dissolve.
In a small saucepan add non-dairy milk, corn starch and agar-agar, sweetener, lemon zest, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
When starts boiling stir constantly for about 5 to 8 minutes, until the agar-agar set and mixture is lightly thickened.
Remove from the heat.
Transfer into serving containers. Let cool.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Blend some raspberries. Serve with raspberries sauce and some mint leaves.
Notes
*you can substitute agar-agar flakes for powdered. In that case add just ½ teaspoons.
